I am sorry you feel this way, I am the property manager and I have been in the business for over 20 years. One of my strong points is that I take care of my residents I would like to talk to you and get your problems resolved. Specially because you are upset about personality problems. I do take this personally. I would like to invite you to have coffee and cookies with us, as we offer this every morning. As for your a/c Please turn in a work order as the maintenance is very capible of repairing these issues. I can tell you that we are having to deal with some resident issues and belive me we are hitting some of the residents that leave there trash out and who leave the trash around the property with lease violations. Please come by the office and give me the oppertunity to make you happy again. After all I personally cant take care of you unless you let me know you... THANK YOU

If you want apartments with a pool....dont move here...they can NEVER keep their pools open. They are always shutting down for one reason or another. Hot tub can get you sick as my child got sick from it and had to be taken to the doctor. The child pool is never open!

Guess what...we had the cops visit oakwood estates again today. Hummmm seems like a regular thing now. A lady zoomed out of the apartments in her truck last night around 1:45 and was fighting with her boyfriend/husband. The pool was crowded with a ton of ppl and their kids drinking beer. Wow...what a nice place to live! I however am getting out of here as soon as I can!
