Contacting Residents From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The staff does not attempt to contact you when things are going on such as water being shut off for the day repeatedly. They will also not try to contact you when rent is late or water bill is late that they never sent. Instead they will post a piece of paper on your door and call it a day. You get one parking space and then have to walk from the only visitor parking if you have a second vehicle.
