THE RENT KEEPS GOING UP. $1,300.00 PLUS THIS.$$6OO.00 ELECTRIC BILLS!!! BECAUSE OF NO INSULATION A/C IS OLD SUMMER IS TOO HOT UP AND DOWN. BUT, STILL TOO MUCH FOR ELECTRIC. LOUD NEIGHBOORS AND MANAGEMENT COULD CARE LESS!!!! UNITS FLOOD OUT CONSTANTLY. THEY DO NOT REINBURSE FOR ANY LOSES!!! THE OWNER PRETENDS HE BOUGHT A PALACE IN A GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY.. THIS PLACE IS IN A SWAMP WITH EVERY KIND OF POISONIOUS SNAKE COTTON MOUTHS IN YOUR BACK YARD. ALL KINDS OF CREATURES RUN IN YOUR HOUSE FROM THE GOLF-SWAMP AREA. BIG HUGE PILES OF DOG POO EVERYWHERE SEWERS ARE ON TOP OF GROUND LEAKING TOXIC WASTE ECT. LOUD NEIGHBORS AND NOISE 24 HOURS!! NO SLEEP EVER IN THIS PLACE!!!!!

I LIVED THERE 2 YEARS AGO, IT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID. MOST OF ALL THEY REALLY RIP YOU ON THE RENT, AND YOUR NOT SAFE ROOF LEAKS ON YOU FLOORS FLLOOD OUT WATERHEATERS BLOW UP ALL OVER YOUR ENTIRE HOME FLOODS OUT EVERY TIME IT RAINS!!!!

This place really is nasty and so are the owners/landlords that have it. People need to just move out of that moldly, dirty place.
