If you are thinking about renting here, ask the management what their vacancy rate is ...over 20% that should tell you something. Before this new company took over it was less than 5 %. One of my toilets has not worked in 2 weeks, management and owner being sued because maintanice stole things out of her townhome.......this place is the highest price slum in fort worth IMO
