WORST APARTMENT EVER! From: Kaydee69 Date posted: 2/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004 2 responses   The Maintenance and Staff are truly unhelpful! Every time it rains outside it rains inside my apartment. Water just flows out of the light fixtures in my apartment.
