good price, middling management From: sam1701 Date posted: 7/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I've lived at Park Garden (actually, now named Park Lane) for nearly two years. The price is great and the apartments are okay (need more closet space, but good size bathrooms). The maintenance is sometimes slow, and the management can seem, at times, indifferent. Still, you get what you pay for. My biggest complaint, I wish the mgt. would do more to police the common areas; some nice people live here, some trashy. I'd just as soon not see the filled ashtrays and empty beer bottles left behind by the latter.
