Great Community From: boomersooner1234 Date posted: 2/28/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I live at Park Plaza and I think it is great. Maintenance is quick and the manager and staff are always very nice and helpful. I have lived here for many years and the old manager was not helpful and the maintenance staff sucked. I was going to move due to the issues I had and then management changed and Ruby has been a very helpful manager.
