I was acctually an employee at Park Ridge, after being there for 5 months I apsolutely hated it. The manager likes to cuss at residents, and the management company knows and allows this to happen. Now, as for employees asking res. for dates is absurd. I do not recomend living here at all. I personally lived on site, and was happy to move. I do not recomend living here, and I feel very sorry for the people I told that is was the best place for them to live.
It is a good price, but the price is nothing compared to all the turmoil that you will run into.
