Worse than the Fort Worth Zoo From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Where to start' That there were a series (15 ) of break-ins and despite company policy they didn't notify residents. The infamous month without hot water only sticks in the mind as the worst of the water problems. I complained repeatedly that my COLD water was 100F summer 2002 and it still took a month before they did anything about it. If your air conditioner breaks do not expect the maintenance guy to (a) turn up (b) leave a note saying he was in the appartment (c) fix the damn thing. And this was August 2003. The staff, either do not even understand that there is a problem "Cold water is supposed to be 100F in Texas" or are friendly and flirtatious yet don't have any inclinatin to fix the problem (there have been many). Only one thing is good. If a single guy want's an easy lay he should look at an appt here. You WILL get asked on a date. Overall, yes it's cheap, but so's a $20 hooker. You get what you pay for.
