I moved into my husband's apartment at Park Ridge in October of 2001. We lived in the most awesome loft apartment. The management team was friendly and very helpful. I was new to this area and they pointed me in the right direction. I'm not going to lie and say that everything was perfect, the apartments are older and are going to have problems, but never have I seen a more responsive maintenance staff. I've seen a few bad "apples" in the staff, but were taken care of and replaced by more pleasant and simpathetic people. I only hope that the other reviews on this website will be taken with a grain of salt and you should come out and make your own judgement.
