??have cockroaches running around the entire place

??AC which makes more noise than Boeing 747
??Lights which won??t turn on when you want to
??To dirty your clothes by taking it to the laundry
??Have maintenance cure attend your issues after you leave the Apt
??Hear to TV/Music from your neighbors more clearly than your own.
??Pay rent and feel bad every moment
??Never getting your deposit back no matter what
