Stay Away!! From: beautiful8985 Date posted: 5/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Wow, it seems as though there has been several occasions of residents having numerous problems with this dump hole. This is my fiance's first apartment, he found it by looking in the free apartment guide book and it looked really nice.....little did we know... *I have had my own car broken into *the neighbors will play their "bassing" music really loud for 3-4 hours starting at 7 am *you will have loud, obnoxious, drunk neighbors *mold growing on your doorframe *broken pipe underneath kitchen sink and broken garbage disposal (both of which takes 3 days to get fixed) *stopped up toilet that you have to fix yourself-no thanks to the mgmt *closet carpet soaked with water, and when someone finally comes to fix it, they rip out the piece of the wall that's screwed in so that it leaves a cracked wall *NO HOT WATER for the past two weeks, and when you go to complain, they give you the same excuse every time "we're putting in new water lines" or "we're switching water companies" I think all of this is enough said!!
