Slightly Sub-par

Keep in mind that the apartments are dirt cheap. Which will attract the worst tenants. 75% of the problems involved with the place involves the residents. The Drunken -------- sitting on the curbs. The College kids throwing parties and blaring sterio's, and the 80% of the tenants that can't speak english but feel more then welcome to blare their circus music at any given hour.

The Managment however i have never really had a problem with. In fact, they have been very helpful on more then one occasion. Even to the point of helping me out when i am 6 monthes behind on rent due to lack of a steady paying job.

The maintanace crew is, for the most part, very quick to respond. The problem is that all but a few are severely lacking of any ability to actually fix the problem more then temperarily. A few good apples won't save the bunch. My roof still leaks.

The Complex is not at all secure, there have been variouse break-ins, car thefts, and other police calls. And most of the security lighting doesn't work for 90% of the complex

The special features listed on the brochure are a joke. What ones they actually do have are in no condition to be used, if they can be used at all.

There are roaches in all the apartments, black mold in the walls and the roofs leak. Most of the units have a single window a/c which eats electricity, and is not rated to cool a unit that size.

The lanscaping is early mojave dessert, with a little bit of crabgrass mixed in. The parking lot is falling to peices, and there is no way to enforce the 15 mile an hour speed limit, and therefore people are roaring through the complex at speed upwards of 60. Idiot -------- throw chicken bones as well as other garbage on the ground at their leasure, as well as invite their entire family to use the 2 small and usually closed swimming pools. There are always people sitting outside and drinking and talking at all hours of the night, as well as variouse (be they retardid, poor, or villinous) people creeping around the apartments, looking in coin returns, under washing machines as well as into peoples windows. Broken bottles and beer cans litter the ground, and it seems impossible for some of the residnets to actually watch their children enough to keep them from tearing up the few things we do have. That is if their not busy tearing it up themselves. COKE MACHINES DO NOT TAKE PENNIES.

Overall, this place is sub-par. It could be better, but only if they got rid of the undesireable tenants. Remember you get what you pay for. College kids and illegals. I've seen much worse. But not alot of them.
