Park Ridge is a joke as an apartment complex!!!!

The person that helped me through my leasing process was nice and that is about the only good thing I can say about that place. Everything else is crap.

For starters, my kitchen sink would leak all over the place anytime I attempted to use it.

There was so much paint on the cabinets from over the years that half of them wouldn't even open and if they did open they fell off the hinges.

My shower head was so low when I moved in that it hit me in the middle of the chest which may not seem like a big deal but I'm only 5'2"!

The a/c unit only kept the apartment really hot or really freaking cold...there was no happy medium with that thing!

My neighbors freaked me out completely. One of them left a weird note on my door!! Needless to say, I didn't feel safe there at night. And the "security guard" that sits at the front didn't ease my worries at all. Maybe that's b/c the guard is only there like 25% of the time. Some guard he must be...

There was also a siren that went off EVERY afternoon. I don't know what it's purpose was but it was very loud and obnoxious!

Overall, Park Ridge is a waste of money and an extremely unsafe place to live. I would feel more comfortable living under the freeway in a box with hobos that ever living there again!!! Do yourself a favor and turn back while you still have a chance. DO NOT choose Park Ridge as your home or you will regret it for the rest of your life!!!!!!
