DON'T WALK - RUN AWAY!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This complex encouraged us to upgrade from an efficiency to a larger unit and made us a "deal". Meanwhile, they required yet another deposit. We left the apartment SPOTLESS and had no problems at move out or so we thought. We fully expected our deposits back. Not only did they keep BOTH deposits, these SOBs sent us to a collection agency saying we owed $184 in damages. TODAY, years later, we had to pay them. Once again, WE LEFT THE APARTMENT SPOTLESS and in excellent condition. DO NOT LIVE HERE. DO NOT VISIT HERE. Have nothing to do with these shifless, money grubbing, dishonest people!!!
