Well I moved in these apartments in 10-04. I had some problems with parents and needed somewhere cheep. They had a special and I immediatley moved in. I am not a pickie person and I can put up with almost anything but this is for all you who might want a better standard of living. First off the apartment I moved in to looked in great condition at the begining. Then I started noticing through out the month that the apartments inside have been overpainted at least 100 times because it was very hard to open the cabnets and drawers. The light fixtures were not in place right so they are falling over all the time and they turn on right when you tap the wall. I could never wash my dishes in the dish washer because when I tried all the water would spill on the floor. Which I didnt care because I have always been used to washing dishes by hand. Anyways they came to supposevley fix this twice but it still had the same problem. Oh I forgot the very first time I called them was to come and fix something under the sink that was leaking. I got home later on that day and saw a note on my table that they had been there to replace what was wrong with my sink. But then it hit me that these people where in my apartment, my privacy without me being there. I was furious and immediatley went out and bought new locks for the door. I dont want strangers walking in my apartment no matter how honest they are. The laudry rooms are dirty and expensive but I didnt know any better I was glad to be out of my parents house. My car got broken into and the management had nothing to say nor the dumb security gaurd which I am convinced that he gets something out of all these break in's. Another time I was on my way home when a guy in Jeep ran in to me by the high school near by. He did a hit and run. I followed him and he happened to go into the apartment complex. I was scared so I stopped following him and called the cops. I asked the "security gaurd" if he had seen the car go in and he said he didnt see anything. Well I started circleing the apartment complex and I found the the car that hit me. I parked behind the vehicle and waited for the cops to come. He turned out to be a drunk neighbor of mine and I still havent got anything fixed yet. I havent had any loud neighbors but I am soon to move which is the good part. I have not had any problems with managment. They have been great. Oh yea and we got some big time chain smokers in the area.
