I moved to this complex two months ago. I reported hot water runnig every where in the apartment, no cold water. They acted like they did not know about it, they came to my apartment, did leave a note "complete", and the problem was not solved, after that I call twice a week for repair. The manager promised to fix the hot water problem by May 27 2005, She failed to do it. After talking to the other residents, I found out that this problem is there for a year or more. So They are LIARS,
because they know this problem and still rent apartments instead of fixing, they know residents are afraid of complaint, because the lease is all in ther landlord favor. So they charge late fees if we don't pay rent on time, but we can not charge late fee for failure to fix problems on time. Is the law equal for every one'
Very noisy, parking lot is a public bathroom, urine smell every where, trash, alcohol, drugs.
My recommendation is STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.
