I lived here from Dec 2003-Aug 2004. During the time, there were a ton of communication problems between myself and my roomie, and the management of this facility. I came home one day and the entire outside of my apt was swarming with bees, and I constantly had ants that would crawl through my walls and find shelter in my dirty laundry. I was sitting quietly in my living room one day reading and I heard an eruption of noise coming from my bathroom. I went in there to see that a pipe in the toilet had burst and was flooding everything. When I tried to call the office to get maintenance, no one would pick up the phone. I had to drive to the front office, where I found the girl at the desk painting her fingernails. They got the maint. people out fairly quickly, but I was informed that if any of my things had been ruined, it was my problem. There was at least an inch of water throughout the place before they got the water shut off, and we had wet carpet for a week. Because of a misunderstanding with management when my roommate and I moved out, they've ruined my credit for a while. Thank you Park Ridge Apartments! I would never EVER recommend these apts to anyone...as that would be plainly cruel.
