Park Terrace Apartments on Boca Raton Blvd

My first apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I did live there as my first apartment when my husband and I got married. It was quite big. We had a two bedroom 1.1/2 bath. Lived there for 3 years. I like dit and the staff was nice and got things done most of the time. Our last 6 months there pipes broke in the apartment above us and water fell through the ceiling all over on more than one occassion. Black mold was everywhere. All the maintenance did was paint over it. My son was sick all of the time so we had to get out of there. They offered to move us but to the back. It is not safe back there. We were in the front. So as for space and the managers they were great, just not on the mold issue.
