seems good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   there are two different gated areas and 2 different sections within them which makes 4 quarters. i think the area by the freeway is the bad one, it seems trashy with the same looking tenants. so if you are renting dont pick the side with the office. on this other side its pretty good. i dont have any complaints for it being an apartment. people seem to follow the rules here, however i never go to the pool because i think its gross to be in the same water as strangers. the gate on this side has always worked, no trash back ups. everything seems pretty good. i guess it depends on which side you get.
