Raintree Apartments

Nightmare From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Was a nice place to live until the new management took over this year. These apartments are for low income people and they are treating the tenants as if they are renting condos. I have seen more than a few tenants evicted for the silliest reasons. New leases are increasing 15% or more. And nothing is being done about improvements. We are expected to pay for top of the line apartments and we live in garbage. The office will not tell you when you have a package delivered and they are never available to speak to when you need them. These are the worst managed apartments I have ever seen. We need management with an education.
