I moved in July 2002 and I haven't had one good experience here since! When we moved into the apt, the 'complimentary dryer' was broken. Although it took ONLY ONE FULL WEEK to replace it, they gave us another one-it only takes us two cycles for our laundry to dry! They constantly send out eviction notices for silly things, such as being a day late paying a water bill or leaving a sack of trash on the porch. And recently, we had a rat problem. The only thing the office did for us was send out the exterminator every Friday to give us new traps to replace the ones we kept catching rats with. The exterminator told us every visit that we had a hole that needed to be patched up-over a month later the hole is still there and there is a dead animal (a rat I assume) in our vents. The office's response' "There isn't anything we can really do-We'll try to make it a priority." That was a week ago and the smell is unbearable. So, unless you enjoy broken promises, lazy maintenance men, and rude office personnell-look somewhere else!
