Scary place to live

I've lived here for 4 months and I am scared most of the time. There is a lot of domestic violence that goes on here and there are alot of car robberies. Does the management care, no, they say, it happens every where. I see a police car driving through the complex at couple nights out of the week and I can hear their sirens a couple times a month. So, yeah, I feel real safe! NOT
Yes, it is true, there are alot of people that use govt. funding housing and honestly, they really do stand outside all day and watch people.
One thing good though, I cannot hear my neighbors at all when I am in my apartment and for that, I am very greatful. They like to party and have a good time and that's great, but I'm glad that I can't hear it going on in the middle of the night.
Maintenance is slow and that drives me crazy. I do see them walking around and picking up trash alot, but not necessarily fixing things.
I have no problem with parking, but I can definitely see in the other building areas, they do have TONS of parking problems. I'm glad I don't because I would be too scared if I did have problems with parking. I like to get from my car to my door ASAP.
If you can't afford anywhere else, this place is okay, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. When my lease is up, I am outta here!
