First time experience of Apartment renting ruined!!!!

This is the first time i have been out on my own and this is the place i choose to start my life, what a big mistake!!! When i did the walk through for the first time the apt was nice,spacious but after living there the first month i found areas that where not clean at all.The carpet looked like it had not been cleaned in years. I had to shampoo it myself because if i had a kid it would not be suitable to step on. The staff members are rude,unprofessional and unconcerned about your apt because they do not have to live there!! They mess up leasing contracts and try to blame you for their mistakes. Maintenance is very slow and when they do come, the repair on the apartment is unacceptable.Example: you do not repair any wholes in the apartment with tape and cover it up with paint. It is very noticable and obvious that they do not care that this could lead to legal issues. False advertisment is another thing to look at I saw in the add that they had an aerobics class, the three months that i have been here none have been posted in the fitness center or have i seen any to attend. We really need to stop this if we can!! Anyone with good sense will never rent here. Always check everything out by using resources available to you,like this one. Use online services and contact the TAA it things get really bad!!!
