I lived here in 2004 with a roommate. We had a 2bed 2bath. Her bathroom had water leaks in the walls..maintenance never fixed it in the 6 months we lived there. My toliet was broken for 15 days. My car got broken into and all my stuff was stolen. This happened to a lot of cars in the complex. It was very loud at all hours, kids running around screaming curse words in the middle of the night, and fighting all the time. One day we came home and there was a huge hole in the wall of our kitchen. There was never an explaination. We just came home again and it was patched up with tape, a crapy plastering job, and paint. My bedroom door was broken. The maintenance guy took my door and I didn't have one for 2 weeks. They told me over and over that they had to "make" a new door. I guess that by make they meant tape my door back together and paint over it. When I called the maintenance guy out on it, he told me that it wasn't the same door. I believe that when I put nail polish on the handle and on the side of the door to see what happened...and when the same red nail polished handle and door come back...yeah that's the same door. I told him this, and he lied to my face saying that it still wasn't my door. The two windows in our living room leaked horribly. It was water damage on the wall above the windows. They NEVER fixed that either. The window in my roommates room leaked as well. You guessed it, they never fixed that either. The railing on our balcony wasn't even screwed on. They never fixed it. I had to go out and buy a drill to fix it myself. Our water bill was insanely high every month. Two girls do not amount to an over $65.00 a month water bill. There were no lights outside in the parking lot. There were drug deals going on at night between these apartments and the one right next to us. They were seperated by an iron gate. The police were constantly there. They tried to tell me I couldn't sit on my rented porch and smoke my cigarettes. I understand that if I was causing a problem i would need to go in, but when I'm just sitting there making no noise, you can bet that I'm not moving from my cheap, Wal-Mart folding chair. Police constantly knocking on my door asking us if we were the ones having the party. There was a sprinkler head that was never fixed in the six months I was there. It would pull an old faithful on my balcony. Yeah so basically if you would like to enjoy your apartment, keep on driving by this place. I know that everyone sees things in a different way, but I am 21 years old and I don't make a lot of noise. It was hell. I couldn't wait to move out. Seriously please don't move there. The management is rude and uncaring. The maintenance is rude and they WILL CURSE AT YOU. They are mean...that's if you ever get lucky enough to see them. Oh yeah and by the way...I hope you double lock your doors because they don't knock before they walk into your apartment. It happened every time I was home and they came to "fix" something. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE.
