Believe everything people are writing about this place. I signed a lease in January and have YET to have any of my maintenance issues taken care of. It's JUNE!! Manangment has changed twice since I moved here. I've spoken with THE manager on several occasions about the maintenance issues, and was promised to get fixed--nothing still. Avoid this place like the plague. Looks nice, but once they get you in here, they don't give a squat about you.

agreed. excpet when rent tiome comes, they will def make sure to walk their happy ass down to leave a notice, but never to fic what's wrong.. they definitely do not hold up their end of the deal AT ALL. this place SUCKS! worst than any complex in fort worth

Six months after I move out and these people are still ------- me. I left a forwarding address to send the bill, and they mailed it to the apartment address that I moved out of! They sent me to a collection agency! Then I tried to get rental verification and so that I could move into a new place and after numerous phone calls and empty promises of sending it, I had to physically go by the office and stand there and make them fill it out & fax it. Terrible staff, terrible place.
