I have lived at Remington Hill for almost 3 years......they have been johnny on the spot whenever I have had a maintenance issue or any other problem or complaint. I have not experienced any elements of crime, robberies or vandalism the years living here. And I have dealt with the same staff of a couple ladies even with management changes. Yes, the water bills are extrememly high for apartment living but that is my only complaint against the complex!

You probably are one of these welfare recipients that lives there. You have no room to comment or complain as the tax payers are paying for you to live there.

i totally agree with both ofthe above comments. you are obviously not someone like us.. or blind.
there are a lot of the katrina victims on welfare or whatever here. there are a couple of people who knock on my door regularly (that i don't know at all) that ask for money and cigarettes.. also, when walking to my car to leave, there have been these poeple actually actually me for a ride! ugh. i hate this place,a nd can't wait til my lease is up in december

You are right,......I am noting like you two as you speak as if you have the mind and being of those on welfare.
I happen to pay taxes and fight for this country as well...as I serve in the US Army and been to war three times.
You get what you put out.....and based on your attitudes, you will always be of the negative mind and that is how people will treat you.
As far as I am concerned, you both are pretty pathetic individuals who know about demanding excellence and presenting yourself in a way to ensure you get it! Geneva
