This is absolutely the worst service that I have ever received in my life!I made service requests months ago for repairs in my bathroom. The toilet was put on incorrectly and began to leak.The floor around it is black, yellow and orange(nasty!). The base boards are caving in and are covered in mold. This has yet to be fixed.
Each time I try to speak with the manager, she is 'busy'.The best I got was the assistant manager who was extremely rude! She promised that the manager would call the next day. Two weeks later, I have received no call. Today I went to speak with her again. I could plainly see that she was in her office. A leasing associate said she would be with me shortly. So a few minutes later, the maintnence supervisor came to talk to me. The manager just skipped out. After getting upset, she agreed to speak with me, but was very rude and would not listen to a word I said.
We pay extra on our rent to have a washer and dryer in our apartment. Our dryer has not been working for about a month, so there's some money down the drain.
I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy!!!!!

There is a sex offender by the name of Brandon Bacy that is living in this complex. IF you don't believe me, go to the national sex offender registry and his name and address are listed here. He was convicted of sexual assault with a 10 year old girl.This complex also takes section 8 and low income housing, so you can imagine the garbage that they have for tenants.

nothing at this place works. the pool has been closed all summer, the tennis courts have been locked for the 2 years i have been here, the soda machines are only for appearance (they don't work). and yes, the tennants are very low class, for the most part. i have had people knock on my door and ask for money/cigarettes, and even rides places when i am going to my car! there are always kids playing in street and parking lot, unattended. they disrespect by throwing rocks by the cars, and climbing all over the trees like monkeys.
