Do not live here! Office associates are rude and have poor customer service. If you have a problem that needs to be fixed or replaced, good luck. You have a better chance winning the lottery. I've had some problems since I moved in and they were never fixed my entire lease. The major problem was that the AC never worked. Residents here have also been getting robbed over the last couple of months. Also get used to people arguing outside and loud music. Obviously, I'm not the only one that thinks poorly of this place. I just wish I would have came here to read the reviews before moving here.

So, if you like living in terrible conditions like these, this is the place for you!

I don't live at this apartment, but it was one of the top on my list as I'm currently searching for a new place. My boyfriend and I have been looking everywhere, and when we came to this place it seemed like a really great deal. It's hard for me to believe that the office people are rude; they seemed really upbeat and friendly when we went in for information. At the same time, that's how my current complex was when they wanted us to sign a lease, but now they treat us like crap. Anyway, we both really loved Remington when we went in last week, but these reviews are certainly making me think twice. I'm glad I checked them. I also didn't know that RH is considered Section 8 housing. That's right isn't it? Can anyone recommend another place in the area that may be better? I really loved how RH had a fitness center and tennis courts, but I don't think that's enough to make me live in the ghetto. :(

Honey, they only seem nice until you move in. It's all a front. DON'T DO IT!! You will curse the day you signed the lease if you do.

also, don't think you can get a soda anywhere on the property. they have 2 coke machines for appearance, but they don't work... along with pretty much everything else they false advertise.

Our family has lived here at RH for almost 4 months and so far we've had a very positive experience. Things get repaired within very few days (usually 1-2 days, nothing major... just like toilet seats, dishwasher, etc...) Our neighbors are as friendly as it can get...
