The water bills is soooo effin ridiculous....I live in a small 2/2...last month I paid $75 on top of my rent for water...when I asked the office how they calculate it the story was they divided it amongst each building and what size apartment you have...yeah right...we have got to paying for everybody's water on the block with them prices. Then on top of that she was so excited to tell me that they pay 20% of the bill for us...oh okay thats awesome...sike! Now as far as repairs go I've never had a problem getting something fixed. I live on the 1st floor...the BUGS are a serious problem in the summer and spring time....the ants are worst than roaches....and the crickets..they coming from everywhere under the sink, the stove, dishwasher, even had some fall from the lights in the ceiling. Noise wasn't a big issue just your basic apartment living stuff. Been here for 3 years and I think it time for me to move around...will be moving when my lease is up. Not saying a total NO but if you can deal with a high ass water bill and bugs then go for it.
