Something wrong is going on. Utilities are a ripoff. 3 managers and office staff in 9 months. Managers are not friendly when problems arise; no on site security.

I visited this apartment complex today and everything seemed well maintained and beautiful. Are things still the same? Are the dumpsters , intrance gate, Fleas, and pools still a problem? Is the water bill in the range of $45-$50 still? The pools seemed clean! There also seemed to be several maintainence guys working arouind also. Jess, the "manager" seemed nice and I had a great experience viewing the apts. Do you know how long she has been managing? They seemed better than most other apartments around that neighborhood. I don't want to be fooled, this apartment would be for my mom.
