Downward Spiral From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008 1 response   I really enjoyed this complex when I first moved in. The ground were well maintained and the apartment itself was spacious and beautiful. We couldn't believe all that we were getting for the price we were paying. Then the management changed. First, it started to take forever, if at all, for repairs to be completed. Then people would park in my space and management would be unavailable to do anything about it. Trash bins started overflowing, and my cat got fleas even though I never let him outside of the apartment. Further, they can afford to keep your rent so low because they gouge you on utilities! I had never paid so much for utilities at an apartment before! And in March I bought a house double the size of the apartment and I now pay LESS in water and gas than I did while I was living at Renaissance Gardens! Aside from my last few months on the property I was pretty happy there. I think if they got some competent managers back it could be turned around. I'm not putting out much hope, though.
