Something wrong is going on. Utilities are a ripoff. 3 managers and office staff in 9 months. Managers are not friendly when problems arise; no on site security.
These vintage apartments are lovely. Spacious floorplans. I would, however, gladly pay a little more for some much needed updating i.e. new carpet and paint every two or three years.
