Beautiful, but too much college

I loved my apartment at Oak Hill. The design was perfect and the amenities were great. True, the office could be run better by a family of monkeys, they're pretty stoopyd. I got woken up by kids coming home at 3 or 4 in the morning and acting like the same monkeys that should be running the complex. I never had any maintenance issues so I can't comment on that. Parking sucked but my friends always parked on the street and never had any problems. It was worth me paying for the carport (which is crap, they should give you one free with your apartment, but instead you have to pay $30/mo.)
