Apartment rent varies too much. A resident that has live there for a year plus and paid a certain price, then six months later a new resident gets rent for fifty dollars a month less.
Gates work sometimes.

the gates never worked for the 6 months that I lived there. It was $100 cheaper for new tenants than it would have been for me to stay. They would not negotiate and told me that I would have to ask myself if it would be worth it to move for just $100 a month. I don't know about you but I have many other things that I would like to do with that money...like not have rats on my apartment balcony!
