Reserve at Oak Hill

As for m actual apartment, it is nice and I have never seen a bug. Maintainance issues have been taken care of in a timely fashion, and the appliances are up-to-date and great.
The office staff, however, is a different story. When I first moved in, they did not give me an inventory sheet to record any existing problems with my apartment. When I asked for it a few days later, the woman in the office told me no!! (I finally got it after being mean and demanding it)
Between the time I initially visited and actually moved in, my file had been switched between three different leasing agents because thhey had each quit.
I went to give my 60 days notice of moving out recently, on May 25. I'm moving out August 1st. The office lady did not believe that I was giving the required 60 days, pulled out a CALENDAR, and COUNTED the number of days until August 1st.
This is a good complex for pet owners, though. There are lots of places to walk you pets.
