they charge ridiculous money for every little thing!!!! if you pay your rent late, they charge alright, the late fee, plus the different in the "discounted rate you got" and the "market value" of the apt. I couldn't find my checkbook once and I paid a day late (actually thinking i was on time, because it was the fourth) and they charged me well over $100!!!!! for one day!!!
the "gated community idea" is just that, an idea, because the gate is actually closed half of the time.
Also, the parking is a pain... on top of paying a really expensive rent because the apartments are "nice and new", you have to pay for covered parking. otherwise, start imagining parking really far from your apt because non-covered parking is minimal.
ohhh... and visitor cars are not allowed inside the community at night. one night my boyfriend forgot to move it before 8:00 pm and actually ended up paying over $250 for the TOWING!!!!!!!!! they tow EVERY night!!! they are not kidding about that!!!
do yourself a favor and dont move here, save your money and move to stonegate villas or pay a little more and move to the marquis, but this apt complex is not worth it!

PS: no trash cans available, but you have to put your trash on the corners of the building! it actually looks horrible!!! what were they thinking!'!'!'!
