Ok, this place was hands down the worst complex I have ever lived in. HORRIBLE doesn't begin to describe it.
Loud rude ass college kids with no respect. Half the time the grassy areas had tire tracks in them where the idiot college kid "maitenance" crew would take the golf cart "4-wheeling". The apartment had TONS of dead crickets in it when I moved in....and let me also say it smelled LESS THAN DESIREABLE. They didn't even patch up the holes from where the last tenant hung obviously A MILLION Pictures and who knows what else....some of the holes were dime sized. I always worried there some kind of hidden camera in one of them.
I had some rat like sounding creature in my ceiling, scraping it's nails above me, until I guess it died. NASTY! I had just moved to Fort Worth, and BOY did I pick the WRONG place to live!!! STAY AWAY!!! Heed the advice from these other (former) tenants telling you it was a "NIGHTMARE", and their "WORST EXPERIENCE". They are RIGHT! Plus not to mention the trash situation being NASTY and the grounds looking like ---- once you pass through the gate. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND DON'T LOOK BACK!
