DO NOT LIVE HERE!

While living here started out okay, things got progressively worse. First of all, after you sign the lease and give them your first check, the staff treats you like dirt; there is no friendliness in the office. Secondly, if you do not document ever conversation had with the staff about apartment-related matters, you will get screwed. Especially beware when you move out. We had to pay 2 extra months rent because they are understaffed, unclear, and unethical in their business dealings. Seriously, you do not want to live here!

Did you read your lease when you moved in?

I did read the lease and i went to turn in my notice 3 months early and I was informed that it was too early and to come back 30 days till my lease was up. They put a notice on my door and I sign renew or move out. When I went back the man that I spoke to works at another complex so they could not check with him what he told me. JUST STAY AWAY! ALL THE MANAGERS THERE ARE ALL LIERS!
