Get everything in writing because these folks just make things up and change the story to suit them. They can't keep up with the paperwork, lose information and one person in the office doesn't talk to the next. Everything is a "gotcha" so that they can charge you fees. They have some young girls in there that think they can treat you like dirt. They can't keep office staff and they are very unprofessional. They harrass you until you just want to move out to get away from them!

I have never had any problems with them. And the girls in the office may be young but they are really nice, at least one of the is. I even had late fees one month and they waved them for me. I love it here!

THEY LIE AND LIE AND LIE! I HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR MOVE OUT BECAUSE I DID NOT GIVE A 60 DAY NOTICE EVEN THOUGH MY LEASE STATES 30 DAYS. IF I DIDN'T THEY WERE GOING TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS.
