If you don't mind dealing with a horrible management team and no maintenance, then this might work for you. I moved in to clean carpet only to find tons of nasty spots and dirt all over my carpet. They wouldn't replace it and said I would have to pay 50 bucks a month extra on my rent if I wanted to fix it. The water bill is not per your use, but split up with the whole building so, you never know. It's a rip off, I have paid over 40 bucks for a one bedroom water bill!! The whole place is just crap. The insulation sucks, and the energy bill will kill you. Don't move here.... x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
