STAY AWAY. This place is the the worst. Manamgent are evil, discriminatory and could give a flip about your saftey.

Amen! My neighbor was sent to the emergency room after they put some kind of epoxy in his bathtub. He had a seizure 3 days later. According to the ER doctor, the chemical gets in your spinal cord and causes seizures. The management's response? "We don't owe you anything. You signed a waiver." He's right there with you with the legal action.

The management company is not responseable they hire sub contractor 2 complete there work! Those sub contractors have insurance! You would think that half of these property goes to college they would be smart and know this! Guess that is are future a bunch of dumass college kids! Then the other part of the property is a bunch of oil and gas people! That cant hold a job! In all reality read something before you sign it and that goes to the first response too! The only problem I have with this property is the damn kids being to loud at night!
