To be quite honest, I had a TERRIBLE experience with the Reserve. I lived there for 2 years, had my apartment broken into by my neighbor and the Reserve blamed this on me. I talked to the manager, whom at the time, was very nice and stated this would be ok to leave and break your lease since you have a month left. But then I get billed for $200 stating i owe for leaving early.. I am still getting calls from these people! I am not hurting for money, but i am not paying this, nor do I feel the need to. I am buying a condo, and because of this $200 owed, i am having to deal with this again and it was over 2 years ago! I would not move here. Parking is horrible, they do not care about their residents. It is not safe whatsoever.

I agree totally with the parking issue...my friend got towed while helping me move in.
