The gate for the guests is broken so the sign is basically out of view. If your guests don't know where to park then they will be towed to Arlington and it costs $250.00 to get your car back. There are no signs inside this area that say "For Residents Only" so you think you are parking in the right spot. My friends got took for $500.00. I'm thinking about breaking lease. I hate it here. The trash policy sucks too!!! The worse part here is the parking. Also most of the lights in the parking area don't work. This place is now the Orion at Oak Hill. DON"T MOVE HERE YOU WILL HATE IT!!!!!

I completely agree. I have lived here for a month.Even as a resident I dont have a parking spot. They will sell me one for an additional monthly payment but I already pay to live here. I got my car towed to Arlington for $220. Not a gated community either. The gate has been broken for a month however I havent seen any one trying to repair it. Nor I have I seen anyone trying to repair all of the things that are broken in my apartment either. Management doesnt care, maintenance doesnt care, listen to me DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE MADE. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!

hi jdbama my wife and i looked at the orion yesterday. what do you think about it now? has anything been fixed? and waht's the story on the parking? have they provided you with a spot? is it not included w/ your lease?! thx much jp

The gate was "BROKEN" 8 months ago when my daughter got her ticket there and the person who lived there GAVE HER THE CODE TO THE GATE!!!!! although she didn't need it because the gate was "BROKEN"..... Join my facebookgroup and write on there, we need to get the word out. They are so DISHONEST!!!!!!
