I have heard some pretty ------ things about this place when it was called "Reserve at Oak Hill" but now it is awesome. My husband and I have been living here for about 9 months. We have never had any problems with the leasing team. The manager, Josh, will bend over backwards to accommodate for the residents.

Whenever something breaks they are always right there to fix it. They respond to maintenance calls within hours.

The people in the office are always friendly and eager to help. I don't have a single complaint about them.
One time our rent check was stuck in the drop box and they didn't see it. They called us and told us about our late rent and were very courteous the whole time. We figured out what happened and they quickly fixed the situation.

The parking could be better. There are a lot of TCU kids that live here so when school is in session it can get a bit hectic but overall it isn't too bad.

I have only had one issue regarding safety. After my husband and I got married several packages (wedding gifts) were being delivered to our apartment. One particular day I was home when packages arrived but the UPS man didn't ring the bell. When I opened the door sometime later all of my packages were open! Nothing was stolen, however, except for the return shipping labels and a portion of our invoice. Luckily, no personal/financial information was compromised. I called the office and they posted signs and everything about the issue to alert other residents.

I love Orion at Oak Hill and would recommend this complex to anyone.
