First off the gate is NEVER closed EVER, apparently they are getting a new gate system....... ha thats a laugh seeing that its been open since the second week i have lived here which has bee a few month ago. Second, the people in the front office are a bunch of losers that get replaced every two months it seems like. parking is a fight 50% of the time due to all the frat bags that live here and have 30 dudes over all the time though it doesn't help that there is no extra parking to begin with. Third, the pool is closed 85% of the time do to immature losers from TCU frats having party's up there and throwing beer and glass bottles around and leaving trash everywhere and throwing a ton of stuff into the pool. Fourth, you here trains bashing together ALL night long and it is super annoying. really the only positive thing i can say about it is that it is good for dogs and mine are quite happy here there is a lot of grass and field area for them. this was one of my reasons for moving here, the other was garages and the gate but the gate is basically nonexistent. over all its just been I poor experience so far. there are many other apartment complexes around much much better that these. I was not from here and had no time to look around and they allowed large dogs so I came here. I regret it.
