The management staff is totally inadequate to deal with the problems associated with a property in an cross-cultured urban area. The problems associated with parking, crime, vandalism, and maintenance can all be attributed to the current staff's lack of organization and pride in their themselves and the community. It is time for Bell Organization to stand up and provide the tenants a competent management staff that can provide an acceptable level of service. We as tenant pay entirely too much in rent to accept this staff of unqualified numbskulls who are incapable or unwilling to protect the assets of the property and the overall welfare of the tenants.
This is one tenant who will not be renewing if a drastic change does not occur. This so-called "upscale housing" is quickly becoming a dump!

If you don't like crime, move into a bubble. Crime happens, deal with it. It is no ones fault, you could have experienced the same thing in any neighborhood in any type of living situation (ie house, apt, condo etc.)
