Typical penny pinching management! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Crime was up and they beef up security. Great. Problem solved! Not so fast have you notice the lack of visible security lately' Then again the back gate has been out of service for a month now and the one dumpster situation is that is a real charm. I will continue to pay my overprice rent for an apartment comunity that was suppose to be first class but instead I got a high priced dump. All the crown molding and promised high speed communication promised can't disguise the truth, vacancy rates are high and it appears the ownership might have a cash flow problem.
