The worst apartment ever!

My husband moved in 2003 and we were excited. We thought this was going to be great place...boy were we wrong. The neighborhood is horrible. We have people asking for money, police were always set up around us, and kids were running around with no parents in site. The pool is terrible never clean and the tenants around the pool come out and yell at you if you speak or have fun. Our window screens had huge holes in them from the birds picking at the screens and they would not replace them. Also our dish washer leaks every time you run it. Also when we moved in the place was trashed and the fridge was moldy and they would not clean it. My car got broken into and I went to report it to the office and they said it is not their problem. Also the wallpaper in the apartment is different in every room and it is coming off the walls.

The community is in a great location, near the mall and other shopping centers. No one is allowed to linger outside, and we briefly had pan handlers trespassing at the property. The Police Dept. solved that problem.Screens are re-screened when necessary and if reported, and wall paper is removed when peeling. Appliances that leak or break are repaired or replaced.
All units are made-ready/cleaned before a move in and never has someone been moved into a trashed or dirty unit.
There was an instance when said residents car was broken into, and the resident called the leasing office and not the Police Dept. We are not police and do not claim to offer any type of personal security. We ask that a police report is given to the office for the file.It is the sole responsibility of the resident to contact law enforcement to report a crime, as the office cannot take care of personal issues for any resident.
However, we are here to lease homes and manage the community, but not to take care of personal matters for the residents. The community is quiet and crime is very minimal. Crime has no address. Area Crime Reports are available at the police station for further information.
