Ridgmar Crossroads Condominiums

If this is the same as RIDGMAR TOWNHOMES (I couldn't find the apartment names so I guess this is one and the same), I'd like to share some things to prospective residents before you decide. I will limit my commets on the most recent (within the past 2 months). There have been cars broken in, and only after these events did management (finally) turn on the "security/safety" lights around the complex. But beware, after they burn out, you seem to be on your own. It's been 5 days now, that the parking area around my building have not have any lights. I live on the 2nd floor and you can't see the stairs going down. With a 1 week old baby, and a recoving wife, it can get very dangerous going up and down the stairs. The walls leak, the ceiling did leak, but after so many calls, they finally fixed it after 3 months. The electricity turns off even with the slightest thunders. Neighbors have been complaining left and right of other issues as well ( i.e, red ants, etc), there are stories I can tell, but just take the hint...if you're planning to move to RIDGMAR TOWNHOMES...DON'T!
